I was very pleased with the central location. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff quickly stored my luggage before check-in. I appreciated that service. the room included everything i needed.
the walls seemed rather thin, so i could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The tram stop was just one minute from the building. i found the location to be very convenient. It was an easy walk to trains, shops and the waterfront. i was able to store luggage after checkout, which helped a lot.
the mattress was very thin. it was quite worn. the bathroom felt cramped.

the staff offered clear instructions to access the building outside of working hours! they always provided support and assistance, which i found quite reassuring. free coffee and tea were available at all times.
